Before the Inspection
We contact you by phone or email with a formal quote. All calls are confirmed in writing. Once we secure access to the property for a specific date and time, we notify you and request your acceptance of the Pre-Inspection Agreement so we can proceed.
On Inspection Day
You receive an SMS notifying you that we are enroute to the property. You also receive an invoice by email.

We inspect the property as per the agreed scope outlined in the Pre-Inspection Agreement

The written report is prepared in accordance with the agreed scope and delivered to you within 24 hours. Defects identified are clearly documented in the report, using clear explanations and supporting photographic evidence.
