When should I book a stage inspection?
Contact us as soon as your builder provides an expected stage-completion date. The inspection should occur after the stage is complete but before the next stage covers the work.
Can I choose only the stages I need?
Yes. You can book an individual inspection, select a customised combination, or choose the discounted all-stage package for complete coverage.
What happens if defects are found?
The report records the location and nature of each finding with photographs and practical recommendations. You can provide the report to your builder and discuss the findings with us.
Do you provide the report quickly?
Yes. Reports are generally delivered within 24 hours of the inspection so construction decisions are not unnecessarily delayed.
Does an independent inspection replace the builder’s supervision?
No. It provides an additional, independent assessment for you as the client. The builder remains responsible for construction, supervision and contractual compliance.
